We've almost finalised our plans for our COVID vaccine clinics. Here's what we know now:
- The COVID vaccination clinic will be held off site in another GP Practice, the Glenview Clinic. As our practice is smaller, the HSE gave us the option of vaccinating in DCU or 'buddying up' with another practice. Naturally we feel that operating in another nearby GP clinic is a better option for our patients. The vaccines cannot be transported elsewhere as they are too fragile.
- Our first clinic for over 85s will most likely be held on the third weekend of March. All eligible patients will be contacted directly confirming the details.
- Subsequent Clinics (Groups 80-84, 75-79, 70-74) will be held fortnightly thereafter.
- The arrangements for all clinics may change at short notice owing to logistics, vaccine supply etc.
- We will endeavour to keep everyone updated regularly and thanks for your patience!
